Loved my afternoon visit. Had exquisite California wines and some delicious bisque. I spent time gazing at the peaceful Monterey Bay with sailboats and otters and sea birds. The atmosphere here is quiet, refined, and friendly. I chatted with some regulars here and longtime residents of the area. I had a lovely early evening.

We found this place by chance about 5 years ago. Anytime we go to Monterey, we visit here. The views are spectacular, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is always top-notch, along with the wine flights. In particular my family loves the crab dip, almonds, olives, and the chicken flatbread.

We went here in a recommendation from a friend and I must say the view here was worth it. We ordered from the crab dip and the bacon scallops were amazing. The panini were just as delicious

We love coming here to unwind, see the beauty of the ocean, relax, and enjoy the friendly staff. We are BIG on customer service, and this place never disappoints. The wines are lovely, and the food is always consistent. These are the reasons why we joined their wine club.(No, I am not endorsing the wine club, but the perks are too good to pass on.) Be sure to ask for their complimentary binoculars while visiting. Sea otters, seals, and whales are just a few views to look for.

A TASTE OF MONTEREY! A Taste Of Monterey is a wonderful place. Nothing is better than drinking wine or eating delicious food by an ocean view! I had an amazing lunch there, and the server, Lee, he was so kind and very professional. I ordered the nachos and pizza. The nachos is pretty large for two people, and I was highly satisfied with my order. It was mouth watering, crunchy, savory, and compacted with a lot of great flavors. The thin crust pizza was also delicious! There are so many other foods I must try for my next trip to Monterey. :)

ABSOLUTELY amazing!! We wanted an ocean front, chill, delicious lunch. That was exactly what we got (and then some) Lee, that smile is contagious! Robin, your phone call was great and you were so peaceful from start to finish. The binoculars were a seriously incredible touch. The food was delightful. I would love to see a side Cesar salad or something like that on the menu. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

This place was a great find, while everywhere else was crowded we got seated right away at a window table with a gorgeous view of the Bay. We shared the flatbread pizza and shrimp with cheesy grits, and clam chowder soup to start. The wine selection was a nice local red.

What a fantastic place and experience. I spent a couple of peaceful last hours of my vacation here and couldn't believe my luck. A very welcoming atmosphere for a party of wine with a delicious selection of local wines. The view cannot be beat. A must do from the hustle and bustle outside or while others are enjoying the aquarium.
